Filming other people: consent is not optional
A person's image belongs to them: ask before you publish.
Filming a friend, a passer-by or a crowd seems trivial, but everyone has a right over their own image. Posting someone without their agreement can genuinely harm them.
Asking is easy
Explain what you're doing and where the video will go, then clearly ask for agreement. For a minor, a parent's permission is essential.
If someone asks you to take down a video they appear in, respect it without arguing. Respect builds a solid reputation, and that's gold online.
