Moving in a small space: working out in a flat
You don't need a big room to break a good sweat.
Living in a small space is no excuse not to move. The area of a mat is enough for tons of bodyweight exercises. It's mostly about choosing moves that fit the room you have.
Go for stationary exercises
Squats, static lunges, planks, push-ups: all done without leaving your corner. These moves work the whole body without you running around. The neighbours' peace is a bonus.
Be smart with furniture
A stable chair can be a support, a wall to stretch tall, a step to climb. See your home as a playground rather than an obstacle. A bit of imagination replaces a lot of gear.
Mind your floor so you don't slip and watch what's around you. A clear space means more safety and more fun. If a move hurts, swap it out, there's always another one.
