Digital hygiene is a set of small habits that keep your online life healthy and calm. Nothing complicated: a few regular gestures that make a big difference over time.

Tidy your attention

Turn off useless notifications, set time limits if it helps, and keep your phone away during meals or before sleep. Your attention is precious, protect it.

Declutter regularly

Every now and then, unfollow what puts you in a bad mood and keep what inspires you. A curated feed means a lighter mood. You're allowed to clean house whenever you want.

If the digital world truly weighs on your mood, talk to a trusted adult or a professional. Taking care of your head is part of digital hygiene too.
