Morning routine: starting your day without the rush
The first ten minutes set the tone for your day.
Many teens start the day grabbing their phone before their eyes are even open. That flood of content from the first second puts your head under strain before breakfast. A different opening is possible.
Three simple moves
Leave the phone aside for a few minutes, open the window and drink a big glass of water. Stretch a little to wake your body gently. These small moves calm your head and make you feel you're leading your day.
You don't need a twenty-step routine seen online. Pick two or three realistic things you can keep even on rushed days. Consistency beats perfection.
Make it yours
Everyone works differently in the morning, so experiment and keep what helps you. If getting up has been a daily battle for a long time, talk to a trusted adult. Your wellbeing comes before ready-made templates.
