A gentle morning routine to wake up feeling great
Five minutes of easy movement to start your day on the right foot.
In the morning, your body is coming out of long stillness and just needs to ease back into motion. A few slow moves are enough to wake the muscles and shake off stiffness. No performance here, just comfort.
Roll out your spine
Standing, let your head and arms drop toward the floor, then rise back up vertebra by vertebra. This simple move wakes the whole back and relaxes the neck. Breathe slowly as you move.
Open your hips and shoulders
After a night in the same position, the hips and shoulders love a bit of space. Do a few arm circles and slow big steps to stretch the front of the thighs. You'll feel the difference by your first coffee.
The goal isn't to sweat but to feel more mobile and present. If you're short on time, even two moves beat none. Gentle consistency beats the perfect session you never do.
