People often think you need a costly membership to do sport. In reality, your best grounds are free and outdoors. Running in a park, walking in the forest, riding to a skatepark: all of that moves your body without emptying your wallet.

Starting gently

No need to launch into a marathon. A brisk walk, a few exercises in a park, or a bike ride are enough to start. What matters is consistency, not intensity. Listen to your body and build up gradually.

Wellbeing matters too

Getting active outdoors is as good for your mood as for your body. Fresh air, daylight and movement genuinely help you feel better. If you're going through a hard time, don't hesitate to talk to a professional or a youth support service.

The idea isn't to become an athlete, but to make movement a pleasant habit. Find an activity you enjoy and do it with friends: that's the best way to keep it up over time.
