Each season has its joys, and many cost almost nothing.
We often think you must spend to enjoy yourself, but that's rarely true. In Luxembourg, much of what makes an outing fun is free or nearly so. You just need to know where to look and organise a little.

Free public transport is already a nice saving on every outing. Add parks, open-air events and walks, and you've got plenty to do without reaching for your card. Your wallet says thanks.

In a group, everything's cheaper: a picnic where everyone brings something beats buying separately. Sharing is the basis of a cheap, friendly outing. And often more fun.
Finally, watch for free seasonal events, there are some all year. Well planned, your outings can stay varied without ever straining your budget.
