Working out in the city when you have no gym
The city itself is your playground, free and open.
You don't need a membership to move in the city. Parks, stairs, benches, squares: all of it becomes a training ground the moment you change how you look at it. Urban fitness is the art of using what's already around you.
Concrete ideas
A bench becomes a support for dips or step-ups. A staircase turns into express cardio. An open-access outdoor fitness area, like the ones in several neighbourhoods, easily replaces a gym for the basics.
Since public transport is free in Luxembourg, you can easily reach a park or a court a bit further away without spending a cent. That massively widens your playground without touching your budget.
Move smart, not reckless
Stick to stable surfaces, respect other users, and don't attempt moves above your level just for a photo. The city is a great playground as long as you respect it and listen to your body.
