Growing up with three languages in Luxembourg is a real superpower
Juggling Luxembourgish, French and German from school age is a gift you might be underestimating.
Here you don't really choose to be multilingual: it just happens from the playground on. You speak Luxembourgish with your friends, study in German then French, and English sneaks in through shows and games. What feels normal to you impresses the rest of the world.
Your brain trains without you noticing
Switching from one language to another is a bit like changing gears on a bike: at first you think about it, then it becomes automatic. That mental gymnastics helps you switch quickly between ideas, catch nuances and adapt to whoever you're talking to.
Luxembourg is officially a multilingual country, and the school system is built around that. In other words, your daily life is already a giant language class that doesn't call itself one.
Own it instead of enduring it
The day you travel, apply for something or meet new people, that language mix becomes your best asset. So stop complaining about dictations: you're building a profile plenty of people will envy.
