Planning a group outing without it turning to chaos
Getting ten friends to the same place at the same time is almost a sport.
We all know the scene: an outing planned, and half the group ends up late or changes their mind. Organising with many people can quickly become a headache. But with a little method, it runs smoothly.
One meeting point, one clear time
The basics: pick a spot and a time everyone understands, easy to reach. Choose somewhere central and recognisable to avoid the endless "where are you?". It saves you a ton of time.
Anticipate everyone's budget
Not everyone has the same budget, and that's fine. Suggest options that suit all so nobody feels left out. A good outing is one where everyone can keep up without going broke.
Finally, leave a bit of flexibility. The best moments often come when the plan slips a little and you improvise together.
