Second-hand: reselling to fund your projects

You probably have things at home you no longer use but that could be useful to someone else. Second-hand is a smart and eco-friendly way to get a bit of money back while decluttering your room.
Start with an honest sort
Make two piles: what you truly keep, and what you haven't touched in a long time. The second pile is your potential little treasure. Clean and present your items well: it's more appealing and sells more easily.
Sell safely
When selling to a stranger, prefer a public place and don't go completely alone if you can. Don't share unnecessary personal info. Luxembourg's online safety advice also applies to sales between individuals.
Reselling also teaches you to set a price, reply to messages and close a deal. Those are real little skills that will serve you well beyond second-hand.
