Don't feel like going out, no gym, no budget: that's no reason to do nothing. Bodyweight training gives you a full workout in very little space. Millions of people improve without ever setting foot in a gym.

A simple plan to start

Build your session around a few basic moves: squats for the legs, push-ups for the upper body, planks for the core. Do a few sets of each with breaks, and stop before exhaustion in the first weeks.

Scale the difficulty to your level: knee push-ups or wall push-ups if standard ones are too hard, no shame in that. The right intensity challenges you without hurting you. If something hurts, stop and get it checked if needed.

Keeping it going

The real challenge at home is consistency, because nobody's waiting for you. Set a time, keep your space ready, and aim for steadiness over perfection. Three short sessions a week kept up over time are worth gold.
