Clearing your wardrobe without trashing it: give, swap, resell
Clothes gathering dust can serve others instead of ending in the bin.
We often keep clothes we no longer wear, out of laziness to deal with them. Yet giving them a second life is easy and far more satisfying than throwing them out.
Three fates better than the bin
What's still in good shape can be given to a charity or dropped at a collection point. What has value can be resold, and what you still like can be swapped with friends.
Even worn-out textiles can often be recycled rather than trashed. The point is not to waste a material that still holds value.
