Five hobbies to really unplug from screens
Keeping your hands busy is the best way to rest your brain.
When you scroll endlessly, the brain never truly rests. A hobby that keeps your hands busy breaks that loop and offers a far more restful break than one more video.
Pick an offline activity
Drawing, cooking, plants, folding, walking: the common point is that the phone isn't the center. Put it in another room during the activity and you'll quickly feel the difference.
Aim for fun, not performance
The point isn't to become the best, it's to enjoy the present moment. If an activity relaxes you and makes you lose track of time, you've found the right hobby to unplug.
