Journaling: where to start facing the blank page

Writing for yourself, no rules and no audience, clears your head and feels good.

Journaling means writing for you and no one else. No grade, no likes, no "writing well": just putting whatever crosses your mind onto paper or a phone note.

Three lines are enough

Start small: one thing you liked today, one that annoyed you, one you want to try tomorrow. This tiny routine is far easier to keep than a long daily page.

If it feels too heavy, talk to a pro

Writing helps you see clearer, but it doesn't replace support when things are hard. If painful thoughts keep coming back, talk to a trusted adult or a professional.
