Playing as a team: the communication that wins games
A group that communicates well often beats five good players who ignore each other.
In a team game, individual talent isn't enough. What makes the difference is coordination. Five average players who communicate will often beat five stars each doing their own thing.
Clear info, not noise
Give short, useful calls: an enemy's position, the plan for the objective, a retreat call. Avoid shouting or flooding the mic: good communication is calm and precise.
Praise your teammates when they succeed and stay positive when things go wrong. A team that's morally united absorbs bad rounds better and bounces back faster.
Respect, the foundation of it all
Blaming others after a loss only makes things worse. Own your mistakes, suggest fixes, and treat everyone the way you'd want to be treated. That's what a real teammate is.
