Playing better by taking care of your body
Good posture and a few healthy habits also boost your performance.
It's easy to forget, but playing well starts with a body in good shape. Sitting tense in front of a screen for hours tires your back, eyes, and wrists, and it eventually drags your reflexes down.
Posture and breaks
Sit up straight, screen at eye level, feet on the floor. During long sessions, stand up, stretch, and look into the distance to rest your eyes. These small habits prevent a lot of aches.
Drink water and don't skip meals because a match is "too important". A well-fed brain reacts faster than one running on empty: your health is part of your performance.
Sleep, your best boost
Nothing replaces a good night's sleep for focus and reflexes. Sacrificing sleep to play always backfires. If a health issue persists, talk to a professional.
