Movement micro-breaks while you study

Sitting for hours tires you more than you think, move a little between chapters.

Studying for hours without moving tires the body and fogs the mind. Short movement breaks help you stay focused longer. Your brain appreciates these pauses as much as your legs do.

Stand up regularly

Every so often, leave your chair to walk a bit, stretch or drink water. This simple move restarts your circulation and wakes you up. You return to your notes fresher and more effective.

Stretch what's stiff

The neck, shoulders and lower back suffer most from long sitting sessions. A few targeted stretches ease that tension in an instant. Your body will thank you by evening.

These micro-breaks don't replace real activity, but they break the stillness. Notice signals of stiffness or fatigue and move before they set in. A body that moves a little supports a mind that learns.
