A breakfast that holds you helps you stay focused until noon. No complicated recipes needed: oats, a fruit, a yoghurt or wholegrain bread already make a good combo. The idea is to mix something filling with a bit of freshness.

Prep the night before

If you're always short on time in the morning, prep your bowl the night before and leave it in the fridge. Oats with a bit of milk and some chopped fruit, and you're set. You save time and avoid skipping the meal.

Eat at your own pace

Not everyone is hungry on waking, and that's totally fine: listen to your hunger rather than a rule. If you eat later, keep a simple grab-and-go option. No food is magic, variety does the job.
